By creating an account or using Focus Design Center, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information when you register, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Floor Plans
Floor plans displayed on this site are provided for browsing and informational purposes. Purchasing or requesting a floor plan packet does not transfer ownership of the plan documents. Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing plans without written permission is prohibited.
4. Design Center Selections
Your saved palettes, product selections, and notes are stored to your project and may be shared with the builder you choose to link to. You are responsible for the accuracy of the selections you make. Locked selections may only be unlocked by your builder.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access another user's account or data, interfere with the operation of the site, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
6. Third-Party Products
Products shown in the design center are provided by third-party manufacturers and suppliers. We do not warrant the availability, pricing, or performance of any third-party product, and we are not responsible for transactions conducted directly with suppliers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focus Design Center and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including reliance on plan documents or product selections.
