I've spent over 30 years in the construction industry—framing, building, managing, and solving problems in the real world. I've built everything from affordable workforce housing to high-end custom homes in some of the most challenging locations in the country.
Over the years, I saw the same issues slow builders down: plans that look nice but are difficult to build from, options that created confusion, and a process that added stress instead of value.
Focus Design Center was created to fix that. We combine proven building experience with smart technology and beautiful design to give builders the tools, plans and support they need to build better—faster, with less stress and more profit.
