When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and zip code. If you choose to link to a builder, we store that relationship. We also store the design selections, palettes, and notes you save to your project, and any files you upload.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate your account, save and share your design selections with the builder you are linked to, notify you about your project, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing With Your Builder
If you link your account to a builder, that builder can view your selections and notes so they can review, approve, and purchase finishes on your behalf. Only the builder you link to receives this access.
4. Notifications
We may send account-related notifications, such as when selections are locked or when your builder approves an unlock request. You can manage notification preferences in your account.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
6. Your Choices
You can review and update your account information at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Some data may be retained where required by law.
